Our competitive programs are broken down into levels 4-10, and high school.

Level 4

The starting point for basic compulsory competitive gymnastics.  Builds upon the basic skills previously mastered while gaining strength and confidence in the competitive scene.

Level 5

Gymnasts compete performing compulsory routines with a more advanced skill set than previously performed.  Confidence and strength increase along with a growing team building atmosphere.

Level 6

Last compulsory level which provides a building block into the optional gymnastics competitive scene.  Gymnasts compete more advanced skills while growing in their gymnastics experience and learning numerous different competitive techniques.

Level 7

The first optional gymnastics level.  Gymnasts compete their own routines individually tailored to their specific skill set.  They gain more advanced skills while practicing numerous hours a week. 

Level 8/9/10

Optional routines are progressing in difficulty with skill sets that are significantly increasing with each practice and competition.  Competitions are held on the local, state, regional and national level.

High School

The high school program is for girls from grades 7 through 12.  The skill set that they maintain is of Level 8 or higher.  Competitions are held throughout the season finishing up with the WDA and State Competitions.
